In other news….. A viral video has shown a seven-year-old girl chased out by her madam at midnight over a missing ₦500.
The child, carrying a “Ghana must go” bag, was found on the road by a good Samaritan, who offered to take her back. On reaching the compound, the madam was shocked to see the girl return and asked the visitor, “who are you?”
She immediately grabbed the bag and slapped the child, shouting, “so this girl, where is my N500 I asked you to go and buy something for me. Where is my money.”
Explaining, the madam said the girl lost the money. In anger, she added, “if you don’t provide the N500, I will kill you. I will send you back to your father.”
The good Samaritan kept pleading as the video ended. The clip has since sparked outrage online, with many condemning the harsh treatment of the child.
