Nollywood actress and health professional Jemima Osunde has expressed concern over the growing issue of adulterated and potentially harmful food products in Nigeria.
The actress took to social media to question how ordinary Nigerians are expected to completely protect themselves from consuming contaminated or substandard food items, particularly when such products can be difficult to identify.
Jemima highlighted the challenges consumers face in knowing exactly what goes into the food and products they purchase, raising concerns about the possible impact on public health.
Sharing her thoughts, she asked:
“How is someone supposed to 100% avoid consuming these things?”
