Nollywood actress Fausat Balogun has weighed into the drama between Funke Akindele, Iyabo Ojo and Funke Akindele.
Newsunplug reported that at Iyabo Ojo’s movie premiere on Sunday, Funke had snubbed Toyin’s greetings. In a viral clip, Funke was captured sitting with Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe when Toyin walked to greet them. Many were surprised when Funke ignored Toyin’s greeting, leaving Toyin embarrassed.

In a video on her Instagram page, Fausat revealed that she has taken a step toward resolving their issue and has settled things with them. She said she called them to take everything off social media, as their issues aren’t for social media.
The veteran appreciated the trio for taking the time to listen to her.
“You guys are asking my children about me. I have taken a step since yesterday. I have settled it; I called them to take everything off social media. I have made Funke, Toyin and Iyabo know that their issue isn’t for social media. Thank you for listening to me”.
Speaking out, Toyin vowed never to greet the actress again. According to her, if she ever greets Funke, then she is a bastard. She further revealed that she had unfollowed Akindele.
Surprisingly, Funke acknowledged Toyin’s pledge, by liking it on a blog’s page.
Speaking up, Iyabo Ojo addressed those calling her unprintable names over the issue, letting them know that she had cried for their reconciliation in the past and that they had listened to her, but only on one condition. Iyabo revealed the cause of their recent beef, making it clear that she can’t beg anyone anymore, doesn’t want to get involved, and that people should respect that.
Toyin’s husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi appreciated her for constantly listening to him. He noted that Toyin wants to talk but was keeping silent because of him.
Nkechi Blessing noted how life is too short for one to be dramatic. She told people to take cover as the tension is high.
Media personality, Do2dtun admonished the public to know whom they greet and whom they will never greet before they leave their houses. According to him, one should know one’s enemies, colleagues, acquaintances and friends. He noted that the industry is full of fake love, which is why one needs to know their real friends.
Funke’s protege, Tobi Makinde shared a cryptic post, which says, “Tor”. Though the actor didn’t say much, it is obvious he is referring to the incident between his former boss and her colleague.
Socialite Bobrisky admonished the public to stay neutral, noting how no one knows what really happened behind the scenes. Bob said he doesn’t have friends in the industry aside from Mercy Aigbe and Omoborty, and would never see him at their parties or events like that because he is aware of the fakery.
