A Nigerian man, Emem Obong, has narrated how he was left traumatized after discovering the heart-wrenching truth that he is not the biological son of the man he thought was his father, at age 19.

Obong, who revealed this on Saturday, August 3, said the shocking discovery was made after his father decided to conduct a DNA test because of his unexplained stubbornness.

Obong said the trauma of learning that the man he’s always known as his father isn’t his biological father still haunts him till date.

“After 19 years my dad realised I wasn’t his son after conducting a DNA test because of my stubborn behaviour and my mom d!ed when I was 13. Omor till now I never fit move on from the trauma. 19 years of spending my whole life thinking my dad was my dad. Jesus Christ!,” he wrote.
