A Nigerian man, Abiola has narrated how he stopped giving free sanitary paid to kids after their parents said they were trying to use them for rituals.

He disclosed this via Twitter on Monday, May 1, while reacting a tweet by a Nigerian medical doctor, Sina, who decried the rising cost of sanitary pads and towels.

“I started giving free menstrual pads in 2019 but had to stop it last year when parents said we are trying to use their kids for rituals,” he said.
