A lady has taken to social media to lament the daily struggle of commuting after arriving at the bus stop as early as 4am, only to meet a long queue and no buses in sight.

According to her, despite waking up very early to beat traffic and get to work on time, the situation at the bus stop was already overwhelming, with many people waiting endlessly for buses that never came.

She questioned why workers are forced to leave home before daybreak and still suffer the same transport challenges, calling for a more active government intervention to provide enough buses for commuters.
