Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has sent a message to second wives.
On her Instagram page, she said that any second wife is a witch, as they aren’t innocent or special but greedy. She said they have chosen to feed on another woman’s tears, to build their happiness on someone else’s pain.
She admonished them not to call it love or destiny, but wickedness, covetousness, and to steal what wasn’t theirs. Rita further said that a second wife isn’t a queen; she is a usurper, a thief who slipped into another woman’s home pretending to be a bride.
Rita reminded them that the tears they cause will cry against them, and the same pain they cause will visit their doorstep.
“If you’re a second wife, you are nothing but a witch.
You are not innocent, you are not special, you are just greedy.
You have chosen to feed on another woman’s tears, to build your happiness on someone else’s pain.
Do not call it love; it is wickedness.
Do not call it destiny; it is covetousness.
You stole what wasn’t yours, and you expect to be celebrated?
Never

While throwing shade at her nephew’s second wife, Judy, Rita stated that the prayers of a home wrecker can never get to God, as He isn’t dåft and can always differentiate prayers made with a genuine heart. She admonished Judy and other homewreckers to sit at a place and enjoy the item they have temporarily stolen.
In another post, the veteran stated that only an idle woman with no schedule sits at home, waiting for a man to return, every day, to shower him with praise. She avowed that the quality of a good wife is never determined by shouting and raining praises on a man.
In other news, Edochie had pointed out the importance of a woman in a home. She stated that 99 per cent of the success of every home is due to right-thinking women, as they are the stamina, providing the foundation upon which families are built. She made it known that women’s influence is profound, shaping the values, morals, and character of their loved ones.
