Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has issued a sharp rebuke to men criticizing her online, using her financial independence to underscore her standards for a partner.
The actress took to social media to respond to critics who were reportedly dragging her, emphasizing that her frustration stems from a lack of effort and intentionality from men, not a lack of financial means.
Nkechi Blessing asserted her ability to provide for herself while explaining why she demands more than the “bare minimum” from potential partners:
“I can buy myself 100 tyres if I want, but the point is I’m done being with unintentional men. All my life I’ve always done everything for myself, so if any guy can’t do the bare minimum as little as tyre, then why do you think i need you in my life.”
