Barcelona legend, Ronaldinho, has said that he would be happy for the club’s former captain, Lionel Messi to return to Camp Nou and end his career at the La Liga giants.

Ronaldinho played alongside Messi during their time at Barcelona.

Messi eventually left Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2021.

There has been speculation over Messi’s future at PSG since their elimination from the Champions League this season in recent weeks.

His contract with PSG will expire at the end of the season and he is yet to sign a new deal with the Ligue 1 champions.

“I am friends with Messi, I am very happy for him. I am glad to see friends conquering dreams, that makes me happy,” Ronaldinho said, as per Sport.

“For me, the best is Messi. I would like to see him happy, I don’t care where he’s. After all the history he has had with Barcelona, it would be nice if he could finish his career there.”
