Italian fashion icon, Donatella Versace recently stunned fans with her completely different and young look.
The 69-year-old designer drew the attention of fans while posing for pictures at Elton John’s charity gala premiere of The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical in London on Sunday night.
Versace wore a stunning mini gold dress to the event and shared some photos on Instagram in which she posed with the likes of Vanessa Williams, Anna Wintour, and Elton John.
Versace has never publicly confirmed any surgical enhancements, but her appearance has notably changed over the years, with plastic surgeons speculating that she has undergone Botox, facelifts, and lip fillers.
