Kidnappers kill female student in Kogi

Kidnappers have killed a student of the Kogi State College of Health Science and Technology, Idah, Juliet Eneojo.

It was gathered that the HND II Health Management student was kidnapped while traveling from Lokoja to her hometown, Itobe for the New Year celebration.

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report but it was gathered that she was killed by her abductors.

Recall that security operatives rescued over 21 victims kidnapped along the Ajaokuta-Itobe Road in Kogi State.

The victims were rescued by a team of security operatives, comprising personnel of the Nigerian Police Force, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and local vigilantes on Saturday.

The victims, including travellers, students and staff of Comprehensive High School, Ajaokuta, were abducted on Thursday, December 28, 2023.
