A Senator representing Imo East and a member of the Labour Party (LP), Ezenwo Onyewuchi, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Senate President, Godswill Akpabio read his defection letter during plenary today July 23.
Imo state governor and chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), Hope Uzodinma, was in the chamber when the letter was read.
