American singer Ciara, who is currently in Nigeria for Lagos Fashion Week, has expressed her admiration for the city’s remarkable transformation.

“I’m so happy to be here and I’m really glad. No, this is not my first time, I know about Lagos. When I used to land, I used to see dirty roads, now it’s all clean and it has changed,” she said.
