The ongoing rivalry between Nollywood actresses Lizzy Anjorin and Iyabo Ojo has reignited, with both parties exchanging heated words on social media.
The feud began after Lizzy failed to congratulate Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla Ojo, following her pregnancy announcement, sparking accusations of jealousy and bitterness.
NEWSUNPLUG reports that Priscilla Ojo recently announced that she is expecting her first child with Tanzanian singer, Juma Jux, sharing the news on Instagram with maternity photos.
Lizzy Anjorin responded to her critics with a scathing video rant, targeting Iyabo Ojo and her family with harsh words, including wishing harm upon her.
She accused trolls of hypocrisy and expressed frustration at being judged for not publicly celebrating Priscilla’s pregnancy, given their history of conflict.
“If she gives birth to 20 children, they will all perish, Iyabo is a disgraceful human being,” Lizzy said.
Iyabo Ojo responded swiftly, emphasising her desire for peace but made it clear she will not tolerate verbal abuse or public defamation, especially involving her daughter.
The actress also referenced past incidents where Lizzy allegedly defamed her and threatened to hold her accountable if anything happens to her or her children.
Iyabo said, “If anything happens to me or my children, hold Lizzy responsible.”
