Galatasaray reporter Serhan Türk has said that Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman’s biggest reference is Victor Osimhen.
Türk made the remarks while discussing Galatasaray’s transfer agenda on the A Spor broadcast.
According to him, Galatasaray remains interested in signing Lookman in the upcoming transfer window next year.
“I can say that the process had evolved into something else when Lookman became unhappy at Atalanta and sent word to Galatasaray through his agent and relatives,” Türk said, as quoted by Habersarikirmizi.
“Galatasaray still has an interest in Lookman, but Lookman has a greater interest in Galatasaray. Let’s be clear.
“Lookman’s biggest reference is Osimhen. Osimhen has a reference. More importantly, Galatasaray has a stance.”
Lookman’s contract with Atalanta will expire in June 2027.
