A pervert accused of repeatedly raping a 12-year-old girl inside a Bronx, New York building in late 2023 was busted on a warrant Wednesday, May 22.
Thomas Barnaby, 30 who has six open arrests was arrested about 12 hours after the NYPD announced that he was wanted for raping the pre-teen “on multiple occasions” between December 19 and December 23, 2023.
Barnaby was charged with rape in the first, second and third degrees, predatory sex assault against a child, first-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching, acting in a manner injurious to a child and second- and third-degree sexual abuse in connection to the disturbing series of crimes.
The assaults took place inside a residential building at East 165th Street and River Avenue in the Concourse neighbourhood, police said.
Before now, Barnaby’s most serious arrest was for a 2016 robbery and he also was booked for theft of service, law enforcement sources said.
