The mother of two explained that her life is constantly occupied with family responsibilities, leaving little time for self-care. She described her routine as “always doing, always sorting,” often neglecting her own needs.
On Instagram, Dolapo reflected on her younger self, questioning what happened to the ambitious and fearless dreams she had in her 20s.
Despite the challenges, she expressed hope and resilience, noting that she is learning to trust that “God doesn’t waste seasons” and is determined to keep moving forward.
