Bayer Leverkusen player Jeremie Frimpong has named his choice of the better player between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
Frimpong has taken the Bundesliga by storm with his ability down the right flank at Bayer Leverkusen.
The 23-year-old has helped Xabi Alonso’s side to an unbeaten season so far while winning the Bundesliga in style last weekend.
He has scored eight goals and registered eight assists in 27 league games this season.
After celebrating his side’s Bundesliga title win, Frimpong gave an interview to GOAL, where he was asked to pick between Ronaldo and Messi.
The wingback didn’t hesitate when he answered (via Barca Universal): “Messi.”
