The widow of late singer, Mohbad, Wunmi Aloba, has responded to claims made by her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, that she was cheating on the late singer while he was alive.
While speaking on TVC today February 21, Wunmi said that her father-in-law had appeared on TVC a while back, where he was asked why he was insisting on having DNA for his ‘’grandchild” and he responded by saying that Mohbad had doubted the paternity of his son because she cheated on him while he was alive.
Addressing the statement, Wunmi said;
‘’Legally he doesn’t have the right (to ask for a DNA) but because I don’t have anything to hide, him asking me for the DNA is not the issue but it is just the way he is asking me.
First when this DNA thing came out, I called him and he wasn’t talking about it and he was talking about something different entirely. I saw him granting interviews and talking about DNA. At first he said because Nigerians wanted it. Later he moved to say my husband’s friend told him that he(Mohbad) only had s3x with me once and that why will I tell him that I am pregnant because having s3x once cannot lead to pregnancy.”Nigerian home decor ideas
Wunmi said the whole thing is shocking to her because it was her father-in-law who pushed for her and Mohbad to get married and even start a family. According to her, her father-in-law took her to many places for prayers and even gave her substances to drink just so she could get pregnant for Mohbad.
She says she isn’t against having DNA conducted but that she wants to have the privilege of conducting her ‘’own test.” According to her, all her Father-in-law wants is for the DNA test to be the final straw which she does not accept.
