Nigerian singer Asake has sparked reactions after a video surfaced of him trying to touch the Black Stone and confronting Saudi police.
It is no longer news that the Muslim singer is on a trip to celebrate the last days of Ramadan. In a viral clip, he was seen struggling to touch the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad) at the Kaaba.
A man was hyping the singer, telling him to manage among the crowds, noting that the singer would feel like dying, but wouldn’t.
“Asake manage! You’ll feel like you want to die, but won’t”.
In another video, Asake nearly loses his cool with a Saudi police officer who tried to stop him from taking pictures with his fans in Mecca.
A day back, the rapper had received special treatment at a Mosque in Medinah. In videos captured online, the Mr Money singer was allowed to perform prayers at the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)’s favourite spot in the Holy Mosque.
In the spirit of Ramadan, Asake had gifted his mother a G-Wagon for Ramadan.
Not done, he had surprised his father with a new car. In viral videos, the Lonely At The Top corner was captured, presenting the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser, to his father, who was in awe.
