A Nigerian movie producer identified as Jude Izuegbu, was kidnapped in Asaba, the Delta state capital two days ago.
Actress Lizzy Gold who disclosed this on Instagram said the actor was released on Thursday, July 4, after sustaining gunshot wounds.
She wrote;
”Asaba is no longer safe my friend @unasmovies a nollywood producer was kidnapped in asaba around DLA road two days ago and shot on the leg ….he was released yesterday and currently receiving treatment …Delta state govt @sheriffoborevwori needs to beef up security in asaba …The rate of kidnappers in the state is becoming alarming …his car and phones were taken from him pls swipe to see the car ..if you find it anywhere pls send me a dm.”
