As the 2023 general election holds, soldiers have mounted roadblocks in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State and parts of Warri.
The soldiers were seen at Effurun market, Jakpa junction and Enerhen junction.
There is restriction of movement across the State, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
However, the soldiers are not harassing the residents.
