The Director of Strategic Communications of the PDP presidential campaign council, Dele Momodu, has shared a video of foreign election observers leaving Abuja.
According to Momodu, the foreign observers spent huge resources and time coming to Nigeria to monitor the elections, but had to “run away” from Abuja, due to election “riggers.”
