The Nigeria National League, NNL, have concluded plans to hold a mid-season retreat for all the participating clubs in the league.

The retreat is set to run from Friday, 23rd – Sunday 25th January at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne.

The league’s Chief Operating Officer, Danlami Alanana, disclosed this in a statement made available to NUEWSNPLUG.

Alanana stated that the retreat is aimed at x- raying the events and matches in the first round.

“The conference in Ikenne is a capacity building one aimed at strengthening the league and making it better,” Alanana pointed in his statement.

“With the accolades we are getting and the corporate support that is coming our way, we can’t afford to rest on our oars and that is why we are heading to the boardroom for a mid season retreat. We would be taking a wholistic look at the journey so far and see areas that call for improvement.”
