Excitement is building among believers following an update from Nigerian gospel artiste Nathaniel Bassey regarding the 2026 edition of the Hallelujah Challenge.

Taking to his Instagram page, the Jesus Iye singer announced that the worship programme will hold from February 9 to February 28, 2026. According to him, the sessions will be streamed live every night at exactly 11:59 pm.

Bassey encouraged Christians to take part in the movement, referring to participants as spiritual warriors due to the remarkable testimonies that emerged from the 2025 edition.

He also disclosed that the Hallelujah Festival is scheduled for February 26, 2026, at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos, while sharing throwback videos from last year’s event.

Supporters of the gospel minister reacted with enthusiasm, stating that they were prepared to face 2026 with faith and determination.

Some followers revealed they had already begun a 21-day fast, which would be followed by Pastor Jerry Eze’s New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations conference, ahead of the Hallelujah Challenge.

Others recounted how their prayers were answered during the 2025 edition and expressed hope for another transformative encounter in the coming year.

It will be recalled that several public figures also testified to their experiences from the 2025 programme. Popular Nigerian streamer Peller disclosed that after participating in the challenge, he earned ₦82 million through TikTok.

Nathaniel Bassey himself also shared a personal testimony, revealing the completion of the Hallelujah Challenge House, which he said was built in just eight months through his obedience and commitment to God’s calling on his life.
