Reno Omokri has taken to social media to pay glowing tribute to veteran entertainer, Onyeka Onwenu, who died on Tuesday night, July 30, at the age of 72.
Reno in his post said nobody in Nigeria’s entertainment industry was as naturally beautiful and awesomely talented as the late singer.
He wrote
‘’Nobody in Nigeria’s entertainment industry was as naturally beautiful and awesomely talented as Onyeka Onwenu. As a vocalist, she remains unmatched, hitting the right notes without auto-tune. Just look at her here. She could have been Miss Nigeria. She had the looks, charm, and intelligence. She would call on video to play with my daughter. The great Iyogogo who shared one love with us and made our youth that much brighter.”
