Enyimba have signed forward Eko Barine for the remainder of the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.
Barine joined the nine-time NPFL champions from Nigeria National League, NNL, side Godswill Akpabio FC.
He made an explosive start to the 2025/26 NNL season, scoring three goals in three matches.
Barine netted a brace in a 5-1 win over First Bank FC, and added another goal against Abeokuta Stormers.
His signing is a timely boost for the People’s Elephant as they hope to improve on their standings in the league.
Barine is expected to fight for a starting role in the team.
