Katsina United technical adviser, Azeez Mohammed has thumbed his players for playing to instructions in the matchday 17 encounter against Ikorodu City.

The Chanji Boys held their hosts to a 0-0 draw at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan , Lagos on Monday.

Mohammed expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the game.

“Before the game i told my boys that if they played according to my instructions,we will not lose in Lagos, what happened last season is a mistake and we have corrected it,” Mohammed told Nigerian Players Gallery.

“We gave everything to go away with the three points, but it doesn’t go as we plan. I’m glad we are going back to katsina with a point.

“We will go back home and prepare for our next home match,we are playing every game like a final,we want to do something better this season,” he added.
