The quartet of Mustapha Lawal, Sodiq Ibrahim, Ganiyu Wasiu and Gali Falke are doubtful for Shooting Stars’ matchday 15 encounter against El-Kanemi Warriors.

The four players are expected to undergo late fitness tests after sustaining minor knocks in Oluyole Warriors’ previous matches.

Meanwhile, forward Joshua Akpan has regained full fitness ahead of the clash with the Borno Army.

Akpan’s return is a major boost for coach Nurudeen Aweroro’s side, who will be seeking to return to winning ways after their four-game winless streak.

The encounter will take place at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan, on Sunday.

Shooting Stars thrashed El-Kanemi Warriors 3–0 in their previous meeting in Ibadan last season.

Samuel Ayanrinde, Mustapha Adams and Aliyu Abubakar scored for Shooting Stars in that game.
