An On-Air-Personality with 95.5 Royal FM in Bayelsa state, Samuel Barida, was on Monday, October 16 found dead in his apartment.
A statement released by the management of the radio station says late Barida, who was popularly referred to as Mr. Gorgeous died in his apartment at the station’s staff quarters in Agudama-Epie, Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.
His body has since been deposited at the mortuary, at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Yenagoa.
Late Barida who hailed from Ogoni in Rivers state was until his untimely demise the NUJ Chapel chairman of Royal FM.
He is survived by his father, mother, sister and other family members.
