A fire incident has resulted in the death of one student at the Bishop Crowther Memorial Seminary School, Awka, Anambra State.
The fire broke out around 11.30 pm on Saturday, May 18.
The fire damaged the school’s hostel, including mattresses and other students’ belongings.
The victim, a student who died in the incident, ha been taken to a mortuary.
The cause of the fire has not been revealed.
Bishop Crowther Memorial Seminary School confirmed the incident in a Facebook post shared on Monday, May 20.
