The man who killed his elder brother over their father’s property in Niger state has been pictured with the murder weapon.
Abubakar Sani, 30, was arrested by the Police in Niger State for killing Kabir Sani in Gawu-Babangida in Gurara Local Government Area of the state.
It was gathered that an argument had ensued between the two brothers over their father’s property during which Abubakar hit his older brother many times.
Efforts by neighbours and passersby to intervene proved abortive as Abubakar used the big stick in his hand to hit anybody who tried to intervene.
Abubakar succeeded in hitting his late brother on all parts of the body, especially on the head several times until he bled out.
Abubakar tried to escape from the scene after the incident but some of the villagers held him and handed him over to the Police.
The almost lifeless body of late Kabir, aged 34 was immediately rushed to Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Gawu Babangida, where he was certified dead.
