The Cumbria police department has confirmed the arrest of a white teenager captured on video racially abusing and assaulting a black schoolkid.
NEWSUNPLUG reported earlier that the white teenager continuously punched the black schoolkid, telling him to kiss his dirty boots. Read here
Seeing that he had been surrounded by other white kids who cheered the racist teenager on, the black schoolkid kissed the boots.
The Cumbria police department has now confirmed the arrest of the white teenager over the incident which occurred in Carlisle, United Kingdom.
