Eight players were selected for the Premier League player of the month for December 2025 following their impressive performances for their clubs.

The list was dominated by Manchester City players who had an impressive run in December as they look to overtake Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table.

Erling Haaland once again proved unstoppable, combining goals with assists, while Phil Foden showcased his creativity and finishing from midfield. Rayan Cherki also earned a nomination after producing eye-catching performances, providing goals and assists that underlined City’s attacking depth.

There were other attacking players on the list which include Dominic Calvert-Lewin who was instrumental for Leeds United, scoring freely and leading the line with authority. Hugo Ekitiké continued his fine form for Liverpool, contributing crucial goals as his side maintained momentum in the title race.

The others on the list include Ollie Watkins and Morgan Rogers played key roles in Aston Villa’s impressive run with decisive goals and all-round attacking impact.

Fulham’s Harry Wilson also stood out with his creativity and end product, registering goals and assists that lifted his side during a crucial run of fixtures. His inclusion highlights the league-wide nature of the award, rewarding influence and consistency beyond the traditional title contenders
