The ongoing family feud between Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, has taken another dramatic turn after Regina’s elder brother, Sweezzy, made fresh allegations against the billionaire politician.
In a series of Instagram posts, Sweezzy claimed that Ned Nwoko once encouraged Regina to take alcohol so she could be “more romantic”, describing the act as manipulative and hypocritical.
His comments came amid the growing tension between the couple, following Regina’s public accusation that Nwoko ordered the arrest of her brother and sister. The actress also alleged that her husband falsely labeled her a drug addict to tarnish her image.
Sweezzy’s remarks reignited public discussion about the couple’s troubled marriage, which has continued to unravel on social media. He further accused Nwoko of double standards, pointing to past incidents while defending his sister against ongoing attacks.
