Residents of the Akamkpa area of Cross River State have been caught in viral video scooping fuel from a fallen tanker on the roadside.
In the trending video, locals could be seen siphoning fuel into different kegs, buckets, from the fallen tanker.
This comes days after 181 persons were burnt to d3ath while scooping fuel from a fallen tanker in Jigawa state
