Fulham midfielder, Andreas Pereira, has become the latest football personality to weigh in on the Lionel Messi versus Cristiano Ronaldo GOAT debate.
Messi and Ronaldo continue to split the opinions of footballing figures, including fans, despite the fact that both players are in the twilight of their respective careers.
The duo have won 12 Ballon d’Or awards between themselves in the past 15 years.
In an interview with ESPN UK, Pereira, a former Manchester United player, was asked a series of short questions with two options where he had to choose one.
When asked to pick between Messi and Ronaldo, Pereira did not hesitate in picking the Al-Nassr forward as he simply said, “Ronaldo.”
