Super Eagles stars, Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have been nominated for Serie A Team of the Season, DAILY POST reports.
The duo have enjoyed a remarkable season with Napoli and Atalanta respectively.
Osimhen’s goals were instrumental to Napoli claiming their first Scudetto in 33 years.
The forward has scored 23 goals in Serie A this season and is in line to win the top scorer award.
Lookman, who linked up with Atalanta from Bundesliga outfit, RB Leipzig at the start of the season, has settled down well in his new environment.
Despite being hampered by injury in the latter part of the season, the winger has netted 13 times and provided four assists in 28 league appearances for La Dea.
Nigerian-born Udinese defender, Destiny Udogie was also nominated in the Team of the Season.
