AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has confirmed Victor Osimhen will return to Naples on Wednesday, DAILY POST reports.
Osimhen has missed all games since the international break in October due to an injury.
The 24-year-old was granted a break in Nigeria to recuperate from the injury.
The forward is, however, expected back at his base tomorrow.
“He will be back tomorrow, but of course he won’t be available,” Garcia said at a press conference on Tuesday.
Osimhen has scored six goals in 10 appearances across all competitions for the Serie A champions this season.
Napoli will host Bundesliga club Union Berlin in a UEFA Champions League matchday four tie at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Wednesday.
