Sevilla’s goalkeeper, Marko Dmitrovic was involved in an altercation with a football fan during their game against PSV Eindhoven on Thursday night, February 23.
The incident occurred during the final few minutes of their Europa League clash, which Sevilla won 3-2 on aggregate. The pitch invader, believed to be a PSV fan stormed the pitch and appeared to throw a punch at Marko Dmitrovic before the Serbian stopper retaliated.
Dmitrovic, 31, surprisingly pinned the pitch invader to the ground before several players from both sides rushed over to help the goalkeeper.
Stewards later made their way onto the pitch to apprehend the pitch invader, before he was whisked away.
