Big Brother Naija Hazel Oyeze Onou, better known as Whitemoney, has announced his engagement to a mystery woman.
Taking to his Instagram page, the BBNaija winner revealed that he proposed to his woman and she said yes. He described the proposal as the Best Valentine’s gift ever.
“She said yes 💍. Best Valentine’s gift ever”.
Two years back, Whitemoney caused a stir online as he flaunted a mystery lady. The reality star, who revealed while in the All-Stars house that he has a crush on Mercy Eke, was seen in a viral clip shopping with a mystery lady.
After Mercy Eke dumped him for his rival, Pere. A heartbroken Whitemoney had shaded her after a curious fan inquired about the whereabouts of Mercy Eke. He shared a photo of himself displaying a middle finger, stating that the reality star was in the garage.
During the All Stars show, Whitemoney and Mercy Eke developed a close relationship, which many felt would blossom into love. Whitemoney had even revealed he had a crush on her, but sadly for him, Mercy turned him down for Pere Egbi.
Mercy, in an interview with Ebuka, revealed that she did not have real feelings for Whitemoney, as she shared insights into their relationship. She revealed that their relationship was mostly strategic, more of an alliance rather than a romantic connection.
Recall that during the Level Up season, Whitemoney and Queen had sparked relationship rumors with their close bond while in the house. Queen who was in love with him wanted to pursue a relationship with him outside the house was eventually dumped.
While penning an emotional note to herself, the Akwa Ibom beauty opened up on how she fought hard to have a relationship with White Money. She said she even stopped flirting with other guys and planned on surprising him with flowers and wine but in the end, her efforts were in vain.
After all her efforts were futile, the two later fell out and went their separate ways for undisclosed reasons.
White Money claimed that Queen misunderstood him when he didn’t reply her messages while on a flight. He stated that he was open to settling things with her as he held nothing against her.
However, Queen stated that she had accepted his apology but wasn’t accepting him or her back.
