Media personality and brand influencer, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, has once again thrown his weight behind his close friend, celebrity chef Hilda Baci, as she embarks on another Guinness World Record challenge.
On Friday, Enioluwa took to Instagram to post photos and videos with Hilda, showering her with praise for her determination and describing her as a “go-getter” and “one of the greatest blessings” in his life.
“There’s nothing you put your mind to that you don’t accomplish. You’re such a go-getter – a loyal friend, a wonderful sister, and one of the best things to happen to me. I’m very proud of you,” he wrote.
He further noted that he would be cheering her on “every step of the way” as she takes on the challenge at the Gino World Jollof Festival, which is ongoing at Eko Hotel Car Park B, Lagos.
Hilda is aiming to set a new record by preparing the world’s largest pot of jollof rice in a massive custom pot measuring 22,619 litres, requiring around 250 bags of rice. The festival is expected to draw more than 20,000 guests.
In May 2023, the celebrity chef first made headlines when she cooked for 93 hours and 11 minutes, earning the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon. However, the feat was later broken by Irish chef Alan Fisher, who cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes.
Throughout that earlier attempt, Enioluwa was among her biggest supporters, consistently hyping her on social media and celebrating her milestone.
