The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Sokoto State is sure of victory in the supplementary elections scheduled for April 15.

A statement by the Publicity Secretary, Hassan Sanyinnawal, said the party is fully ready to participate in the election. It, however, called on its supporters to disregard any form of intimidation from any quarters, but instead come out to vote for the party’s candidates.

It also called for the provision of adequate security personnel in all the polling units to ensure a violence-free process.
