Nollywood star Regina Daniels’ elder brother, Swezzy, has finally reacted to the growing speculations surrounding his sister’s alleged troubled marriage with billionaire and politician, Senator Ned Nwoko.
In a recent series of social media posts, Swezzy addressed what he called a “false narrative” about Regina supposedly taking an oath before marrying Nwoko.
He wrote:
“There’s nothing like that stupid oath. Stop believing such nonsense today! What oath? Who is spreading that filthy story? In this generation, who still takes an oath for marriage?”
His comments follow circulating reports claiming that Regina and her husband are facing a serious marital rift.
Just weeks ago, the actress had publicly alleged that she was experiencing domestic abuse in her marriage, a revelation that stirred massive reactions across social media.
More recently, Regina took to her Instagram story to cry for help, writing:
“Someone please help me. I feel like losing my mind.”
She further alleged that her elder brother and sister had been arrested, while her younger sister was also at risk of being detained. According to her, the arrests would not stop until she returned to her husband and was taken to rehab.
Regina also accused Ned Nwoko of falsely branding her a drug addict, a claim she strongly denied. She added that her husband might next label her a call girl, vowing that a day would come when she would fully expose his alleged deeds.
While Swezzy has firmly dismissed the “oath” narrative, many online observers remain keenly interested in how the ongoing family drama between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko will unfold.
