Nigerian social media personality Papaya Ex has called out officers of the Lagos State Police Command, accusing them of assaulting her while she was inside her vehicle.
The influencer took to her Instagram page on Friday night to share her experience, alleging that the encounter turned violent.
According to her account, one of the officers reportedly pointed a gun at her and struck her, leaving a noticeable red mark on her face.
Although full details of what led to the confrontation remain unclear, the incident is said to have occurred in the Ajah area of Lagos.
Papaya Ex also shared a video showing the visible welt on her face, which she claimed resulted from the alleged assault.
