Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 star, Thelma Lawson, has opened up about the realities of life after the show, admitting that maintaining her current lifestyle has become quite costly.
Speaking in a recent interview with Yanga FM in Lagos, Thelma revealed that the pressure to meet fans’ expectations often pushes her to spend more than she used to.
According to her, “This new life is expensive.”
When asked why, she explained, “Because you have to show up for events. After leaving the house, I realized I had been named ‘the most fashionable,’ and now there’s an audience constantly watching to see what Thelma is wearing.”
She added that the financial strain extends to her business as well. “It’s expensive because I have a business that needs regular restocking it can be very overwhelming,” she said.
