A young man has appealed to the Nasarawa State Government to fix the dilapidated Bassa-Garaku Road, saying that it has claimed many lives.

In a video sighted on Facebook on Monday, January 5, 2025, the resident is seen on his knees, lamenting the dilapidated nature of the road.

He urged the State Governor Abdullahi Sule to come to their aid by fixing the road, adding that they will even be satisfied with grading.

“Abeg, State Government, please help us fix this road. Our people are suffering. This road has k!lled so many people. I am begging the Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr A.A Sule, please, come and help us, people of Bassa. Even if you grade this road, we will be happy. Thank you so much,” he said.
