Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of Alhaji Ali Adamu Saleh, the District Head of Sarkin-Kudu in Ibi Local Government Area of Taraba State.
The district head was killed in his palace on Friday, December 15, 2023.
Spokesperson of the Taraba State Police Command, Usman Abdullahi, confirmed the arrest of the suspects on Saturday, December 16, in Jalingo.
According to the PPRO, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in Ibi informed the Command of the arrest of the suspects, identified as Yunusa Abubakar, Sale Fulani, and Gudu Alhaji Isa.
The suspects are said to be from the neighboring Dooshima village in the same local government area.
