Thugs attacked the polling unit where actress Chioma Akpotha and other Nigerians went to cast their votes at the Ikota primary school. The thugs invaded the premises of the school and destroyed the election materials. Chioma shared a video of herself and others running after the thugs invaded the premises. She mentioned that the thugs also beat up a woman during the attack.
Chioma also queried the security agents who did nothing during the attack. Normalcy has however been restored in the polling unit.
