Newsunplug reported on Wednesday, January 28th, that Wumi Toriola had solicited financial support for her goddaughter, Aunty Ajara, revealing that her health condition had become more critical despite all the efforts so far.

In an update to her condition, the movie star didn’t recover from the illness and has passed away.
The sad news of her demise was announced by her colleague, Tobi Oladdele Teemony, on his Instagram page. He revealed that the actress passed away overnight after a long and courageous battle with illness.

He said that during her difficult period, Ajara received immense love, eaters, and financial support from kind-hearted people across the world. He expressed gratitude to those who stood by her with prayers, contributions, encouragement, and compassion.
Teemony urged family, friends, and the general public to stop sending money to the previously shared account, as it isn’t required.
